Taste notes: Medium dry. Appley with a tickle of lychees, hints of cinnamon & festive spice. Smashing outdoors!

Warm in the pan and stir in 2 teaspoons of sugar – or more if you have a sweet toof. Don’t boil it or you’ll loose the boozes.
